Quick start

Begin with a single workspace, give every active item a clear owner, and keep the next action visible. Add structure only when the work asks for it.

Write one sentence that describes what finished looks like.

Keep related notes and decisions beside the task they support.

Use a short weekly pass to close, clarify, or move each item.

Visible by default. Important context should not depend on memory.
Small enough to maintain. A system only helps while people can keep it current.
Easy to leave. Plain formats and clear structure prevent unnecessary lock-in.

Use short names, ISO dates, and one status per item. Archive completed work instead of mixing it with the active list.
